This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Velmont currently ships throughout the United States.

International shipping may be available for selected destinations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may legally be imported into their country.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

United States:
5–10 Business Days

International Orders:
7–20 Business Days

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

• Carrier delays;
• Severe weather;
• Customs inspections;
• Public holidays;
• Incorrect shipping information;
• Other events beyond our control.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

From time to time, Velmont may offer free shipping promotions.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Velmont is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect addresses;
• Missing apartment numbers;
• Incorrect ZIP codes;
• Incomplete recipient information.

If an order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately to request an address correction.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

7. LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows unusual delays, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will gladly help investigate.

Velmont is not responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date.

8. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused or returned because it was unclaimed or the address provided was incorrect, any refund may be reduced by:

• Original shipping charges;
• Return shipping fees;
• Carrier handling costs.

9. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price unless specifically stated.

Velmont has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.

10. SHIPPING CARRIERS

Velmont partners with reliable shipping carriers, which may include:

• FedEx
• DHL
• YunExpress
• Other regional delivery partners

The carrier used depends on the destination and logistics availability.

11. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped separately.

There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.

Each shipment will receive its own tracking number when applicable.

12. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations due to legal, logistical, or operational reasons.
